Notification for new alerts never disappears. Cannot sort feed by teacher or student, cannot search feed. BS "urgent" feature added in messaging, but only if you pay. Should be a feature to merge students with same name if the kid messes up and makes a whole new profile for one class. Would not use this app but they don't even send home the lunch menu anymore, so here we are.

Overall, the app is great, and I love being able to communicate with my child's teachers along with seeing things they do in class when the teachers post events. I do not like how they have updated it, and you can no longer click on the awards/points and applaud them for the points given unless you upgrade and pay for the app.

Overall, it is a great way to communicate with those who educate your child. I give the app 4 out 5 because if you want to do things like save pictures, you have to pay. Not just a flat rate but a subscription. I don't feel like this kind of tool should be allowed to charge for what would otherwise would be free. Imagine if everyone used Facebook groups instead. All the features would be the same with no added fee's.
